A masterpiece of design by Peter Brady, Pacific Pearl was meticulously built over 14 months by us at Mahi Boats. Specializing in the construction of offshore vessels, we operate out of the renowned Gold Coast City Marina and Shipyard in Queensland, Australia. Our team’s dedication to excellence and innovation is evident in every aspect of this build.

For Pacific Pearl, we selected Gurit’s proven structural core materials and a range of high-quality consumables to ensure superior performance and durability. The hull construction features Gurit Corecell™ M foam, chosen for its high impact resistance and outstanding slamming performance, crucial for navigating challenging offshore conditions. The deck, bulkheads, superstructure, and internal components were constructed using Gurit Kerdyn™ PET core, bonded with Spabond™ 540 and secondary bonded with Ampreg™ 31, ensuring structural integrity and longevity.
