Our Founder’s Journey
Mahi Boats was born from the vision of founder Dan Williams, whose lifelong connection to the sea inspired him to create vessels that embody performance, beauty, and purpose. With more than 20 years of experience in the marine industry, Dan has honed his expertise both in Australia and abroad — particularly in the specialised world of carbon-fibre race yachts. Returning to the Gold Coast, he brought his experience home and assembled a team of passionate professionals who share his dedication to excellence. Together, they’ve built Mahi Boats into a name synonymous with precision, innovation, and authenticity.
